The pandemic of 2020 hit the small business owned local stores hard as more people switched to e-commerce. Most of them had no digital footprint. Since our brand stands for generosity and celebrating festivities together, we featured many of these local stores in our Diwali ad. We made use of pin code based data to feature different local stores in the same ad. Ads were shown in a geo-targeted manner to viewers wherein the stores featured were the local stores near them. This way the local stores got a platform and we encouraged people to buy from them, making it a happy Diwali for everyone.
