Chris is European and UK Group Chief Executive Officer. In 2017 Havas moved all 1800 of their London employees to Havas Kings Cross giving them a unique breadth and depth of capability in one location.

Chris’ recent appointment as European and UK CEO follows a successful 12 years at Grey London. During his 6 years as CEO at Grey he transformed the agency into the fastest growing (doubling its size) and most creatively awarded in the UK advertising market. As well as winning IPA agency of the year.
Xav joined us in early 2016 from adam&eve DDB. His previous agencies include BBH, Claydon Healey and AIS, giving him broad experience across the industry.
He wears it lightly, though, and has a reputation for honesty, integrity, consistency, and openness. He instils those qualities through the whole team, too. Former clients describe him as one of the best account men they’ve ever worked with, who always balances the client’s business need with the best creative solution.
He’s a strategic thinker, and a business man. He believes in running tight, efficient teams, in which the account handlers keep a constant eye on the budget, while his passion for creative is infectious. And he makes sure his team rallies behind the work (as long as it's on brief).

Tracey started her career with Lowe Howard Spink in the halcyon advertising days of the 1990s, where she was part of an agency who delivered award-winning work for clients such as Tesco, Stella Artois, and News International.
She moved client-side to Lloyds TSB before having a number of years running her own consultancy, working for numerous intermediaries and agencies advising on client/agency relationships and new business best practice. She then moved back into the agency world, joining Havas helia and taking them to Agency of the Year, before joining Publicis and working with Kitcatt Nohr and Digitas LBI.
Tracey joined Havas as Creative Group CMO in September 2015 before being promoted to Europe and UK Group CMO – a role in which she oversaw new business and marketing for Havas’ media and creative agencies in the UK and across Europe. She was promoted to Global CMO for Havas Creative Group in April 2019. She and her team have won Campaign’s Business Development Team of the Year for the last two years.
Vicki is a rare breed – a world class creative, a woman leading the charge and a force for modernising our industry.
From her disastrous career in fashion, sacked by the likes of French Connection and Vivienne Westwood, she discovered a love for copy when Paul Smith told her to stop trying to draw and write her ideas down instead. She’s worked on campaigns for some of the best agencies in the world – including Wieden + Kennedy, Mojo and Amsterdam International.
Her ‘Staying Alive’ film for the British Heart Foundation starring Vinnie Jones has collected more than 45 major awards, but more importantly it’s saved more than 50 lives (and counting). The Angina Monologues, also for the BHF, earned Vicki a coveted British Comedy Award. She also worked on the multi-award-winning campaigns for Vodafone and M&S and, most recently she oversaw the creative team behind the UN’s People Seat campaign with Sir David Attenborough.
In 2016, she became the chair of the Creative Circle Awards, becoming the first woman ever to hold that position.
As Havas London’s Chief Creative Officer she’s part of a very small group of women in senior creative roles and is an advocate for equality within the industry.
Mark is the CCO of Havas UK with oversight across all the agency disciplines within the London HQ. He has creative oversight of a diverse range of brands including; Peugeot, Coors Light, EE, Carling, Durex and The Department for Education.
Prior to this, Mark founded the ground-breaking creativity agency Cake, which was acquired by Havas in 2008. There he grew the agency to become world famous for its innovative approach to brand marketing and communications that have become common practice today.
Mark sits on the creative leadership board of Vivendi UK, representing Havas alongside Universal Music, Studio Canal, See Tickets, Red Productions and Gameloft.
He is an active pro-bono adviser to a number of initiatives aimed at creative opportunities for disadvantaged young people. These include; Sadiq Khan’s Mayor’s Fund, Kitchen Social and The Harrow Club.
Mark joined Havas in January 2016 and holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Havas UK. He is responsible for bringing together creative and media strategy teams into one community within Havas Village. Mark also leads strategy for key clients within the group.
Prior to Havas, Mark held the role of Group Chief Strategy Officer for M&C Saatchi where he ran the integrated strategy department. There he led strategy across a number of businesses including Public Health England and Virgin Holidays.
Mark also spent nearly four years as Marketing Director at ASDA, launching the world’s first ‘Price Guarantee’ initiative. Following this, he spent four years in Asia as regional CSO for two WPP networks, where he transformed the Coke Hands campaign into a Cannes Grand Prix Success.
Prior to this work ‘client side’, Mark was the CSO for Fallon, masterminding two of the country’s most famous long term media campaigns – Sony’s ‘Colour Like No Other’ and Cadbury’s ‘Glass and a half full’ of joy.
Clare Hutchinson is the Executive Strategy Director of Havas London and runs a number of significant pieces of business as well as playing a key role in the agency’s ongoing new business drive. Clare has an excellent track record in both independent start-ups and larger networked agencies, as well as the business acumen that comes from being a client.
She was previously the Partner and Head of Strategy for 101 London for most of its life, having joined as Senior Strategist six months after the agency was founded in 2011 before rising to Partner & Head of Strategy.
Prior to joining the then-fledgling 101, Hutchinson spent a stint client-side as Head of Acquisition at BSkyB. This followed a three-year spell as Head of Strategy at WCRS and Board Director of Engine, seven years as a strategist (and five as a board member) at AMV BBDO and four years as a strategist at Duckworth Finn Grubb Waters. She has worked on brands including Innocent, Kettle, The Economist, Sky, BBC, Pepsi, Road Safety and Tobacco Control for the Government.
Jennifer joined Havas London as Managing Director in 2018 where, alongside Xavier Rees, she is responsible for the day to day running of the agency and its 300+ strong workforce.
In her short time at Havas she has helped secure business from the likes of Department for Education, Molson Coors and The British Beer Alliance.
Before joining Havas Jennifer was head of client service at Fallon where she also oversaw Orange and the Mondelez portfolio.
This followed a time at Mother running the IKEA business and the Coca-Cola portfolio looking after brands such as Diet Coke, Master Coke, Powerade, Oasis and delivering the global Coca-Cola Olympic campaign in 2012.
Before coming to London Jennifer worked in two of Ireland's most awarded agencies, Chemistry and TBWA. During this time she ran the O2 account in Ireland, Meteor Mobile Communications, NTL, Jameson international, and Breeo foods.
