Devika joined the Ogilvy family in March 2021 as the CEO of Ogilvy North America and Global Chairwoman of Advertising. Devika is responsible for driving all aspects of Ogilvy’s core business across the United States and Canada.
Most recently Devika served as President of North America for McCann Worldgroup. Prior to being appointed to that role in December 2019, Devika was President of McCann New York, the company’s lead office. Under her leadership that office experienced a period of significant growth and industry recognition that encompassed numerous creative, effectiveness and innovation awards.
Over the past 21 years Carina has partnered with some of the most seasoned and iconic clients to the newer up and comers helping them build their brands and engage customers while driving business growth.
She has a diverse background leading both Global B2B tech brands such as IBM and Facebook and B2C brands such as Samsung and J&J.
During her 7 years at Ogilvy she’s partnered with IBM to modernize their brand with first of its kind marketing with Watson and AI. She’s also created The Performance Accelerator, a new capability that brings together data and creativity to drive business impact
Dominican born and New York raised, Anibal is the Chief Strategy Officer for Ogilvy North America. Over the past 20-plus years, he has been fortunate enough to lead award-winning work for top-tier brands like Old Spice, Google, Diageo, Spotify, General Mills, Heineken and many more.
Most recently he has occupied a range of leadership full time and consulting positions including Chief Strategic Officer at JOAN and Executive Director of Strategy/Strategy Lead at FIG and Arts & Letters Co.
His journey has allowed him to cultivate a diverse perspective around the industry having worked roles that span from media, communications planning, business and creative strategy across a wide range of categories.
As the President of Ogilvy Advertising, Chris leads our Advertising business as well as oversee our creative product across our offices in North America.
Previously, Chris worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day NY, where he was Chief Creative Officer. He led a resurgence of the agency that resulted in industry and cultural recognition, including winning the most creative awards in the agency’s history, growing the business 180%, and returning the agency to the Ad Age Agency A-List after a decade-long absence.
Throughout his career, Chris played a role in creating multiple award-winning campaigns you will recognize, including Adidas Billie Jean King Your Shoes, Foot Locker Approved, Guinness Wheelchair Basketball, Mountain Dew Major Melon, Columbia Journalism Review Fake News Stand, and Covering Climate Now, among many others. His breakthrough work helped Guinness become Clio Advertiser of the Year and Foot Locker reach its highest share price in history.
