Havas Media Group today announces the appointment of Meghan Grant as Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Media Group North America. Based in New York, Grant will report directly to Global CEO Peter Mears and serve on Havas Media Group’s North American executive leadership team.
Grant joins Havas Media Group after other recent leadership appointments across North America spanning operations, commercial, investment, data, and technology, with Amy Ginsberg named chief investment officer recently, responsible for the overall media investment vision and strategy.

In her role, Grant brings her background in strategy, innovation, consumer insights to the media agency. Grant remarks: “I am excited to join the Havas Media Group North America team to continue to bring the Meaningful Media Experience vision to life and deliver innovative and effective solutions for brands,” said Grant. “When we think about the spike in available consumer touchpoints today, finding ways to connect people and brands—in a meaningful and genuine way is more important than ever.”
Before joining Havas Media Group, Grant worked at Publicis Media’s Zenith, where she served as Business Client Lead for Verizon Consumer Group. During her time at Zenith, she collaborated with a range of brands, including 20th Century Fox, where she launched over 100 films. She also built the agency’s Strategic Solutions practice, delivering creative business solutions for clients through meaningful insights and developing strategy across a myriad of new business pitches.
