Pitch Names 72andSunny Creative Galen Graham As Chief Creative Officer

Pitch announced that Galen Graham, award-winning creative leader, is coming aboard as chief creative officer, effective today. His appointment comes on the heels of Sara Bamossy and Marisstella Marinkovic being named co-CEOs of the agency earlier this year.

Graham joins Pitch from 72andSunny, where he was group creative director, overseeing the agency’s largest account, MillerCoors. Prior to that, he held positions at various shops such as Cramer-Krasselt, 180 Amsterdam, and DDB Chicago, where his team earned an Emmy for its Bud Light “Swear Jar” commercial.

Graham comes from 72andSunny, where he was Group Creative Director and oversaw the agency’s largest account – Millercoors. Prior to that, he held positions at Cramer-Krasselt, 180 Amsterdam, and DDB Chicago. Graham maintains a strong reputation for his leadership style and creative work, having received recognition from Cannes, Clios, Effies, and The One Show. At Pitch, Graham will lead creative on clients such as Burger King, Tim Horton’s, Westfield, and more.

“Galen’s amazing reputation precedes him. We were looking for a creative leader to partner with us on building and accelerating Pitch. Galen is uniquely suited to mentor teams with his diversity and breadth of experience,” said Bamossy.

Graham will be leading creative on clients such as Burger King, Tim Horton’s, Westfield, Roche, Genentech, and Konami, among others. He comes on as CCO following the departure of Gage Clegg and Becca Morton, the executive creative director team that recently left for Google.

“I’m joining Pitch at the perfect time,” said Graham. “The agency has a solid core of brands across categories and the business growth opportunities are almost endless given the quality of talent in the agency.”

“I couldn’t agree more,” added Marinkovic. “Galen completes the executive team that will drive our client business. LA is a market that is rich in opportunity and talent, and we are poised to capture the best of both.”

A creative virtuoso with recognition from Cannes, Clios, Effies, and The One Show, Graham spends his time outside of work taking photos of sunrises, shooting stars, and the occasional lone flip flop. He also carries that rare 5-star passenger rating on Uber.
