With a bachelor?s degree in Business and Accounting from Mackenzie University and post-graduate degree in Business amd Finance from FGV, Valdir has 33 years of experience. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, where he worked for 11 years, 3 of which in Detroit (USA). In 1986, he became Financial Director of Young & Rubicam Brazil, and later for Latin America. In 1998, he became Financial Managing Director at Newcom Bates. After a group restructuring (January 2004), Valdir became responsible for the financial department of The Newcomm Group (Y&R, Dez, Ação and Wunderman), later becoming VP of Operations. He later became Financial Director of Matos Grey and since 2006, Operation and Managing Director of BorghiErh/Lowe. Since January 2007, Valdir is the CFO/COO at BorghiErh/Lowe.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and in Accounting from Universidade Mackenzie, Valdir also holds a post-graduate degree in Business and Finances from FGV. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he remained for 11 years, three of which in Detroit Michigan (USA), in an exchange working program. In 1986, he became Financial Director at Young & Rubicam Brazil. His duties were then extended to all of Latin America. Later, he acted as Financial- Administrative Director for the Newcomm Bates Group since its foundation in 1998. Upon the corporate restructuring of the Group (January 2004), he took over as CFO of Group Newcomm (Y&R Advertising, Dez, Ação and Wunderman), subsequently becoming Vice-President of Operations (Chief Operating Officer). He then became CFO of Matos Grey, and subsequently moved to Borghierh, as Operations and Managing Director. He was CFO/COO of Borghi/Lowe from January 2007 to December 2010 and EVP/MD since January 2011.
