• Established Wunderman as a major marketing technology agency; as one of Adobe’s top 4 Premier Partners; and as one of Oracle’s key platinum partner. Grew the technology capability to 500 people, through acquisition, enablement and training, and creating a global capability network. Launched with Adobe a breakthrough joint solution called IMPACT 360, which combines Wunderman’s data assets and expertise with Adobe’s marketing cloud to deliver in real time cross-channel, personalized, consistent and continuous communications. Clients include Air Canada, Pernod Ricard.

• Refreshed Wunderman’s market positioning and brand; Re-established in the Forrester agency report Wunderman as one of the leading customer engagement agency; Increased Wunderman’s social following by 50%.

Established in Vancouver, Blast Radius grew over 10 years to become one of the top leading digital companies in the world, with presence in the US, Canada, Europe and China, and decade-long relationships with top brands such as Nike Jordan and Starbucks.

• Led Blast Radius successfully through various stages of growth, scale and organizational models, from inception to $80M with 10 offices in the world.

• Delivered game-changing digital transformations for global brands combining business consulting and product development together with various technology platforms, including e-commerce (Intrawest, Lululemon), Mobile (Nike Golf), content management (Nivea global web platform, Michelin pan-European platform), and cross-channel campaign management systems.

• First agency to leverage social marketing platforms at scale, delivering the most successful campaigns in Facebook’s history with Starbucks, generating sales, earned media impressions and positive brand sentiment. Provided complete social solutions to Nike Jordan, responsible for its entire social presence and grew it tenfold.

• Created one of the first content marketing capability and studio in the world. Content created for Electronics Arts, Microsoft, Nike Jordan, Bacardi, Nivea. Numerous awards won, including Gold Clio with Casio, Cyber Cannes Lions with Nike.
