Guy is an award-winning creative leader, with 20+ years experience in building highly effective creative teams and nurturing talent.

Throughout his career Guy has been Group Creative Director and Executive Creative Director at some of the world’s most successful agencies. And helped both DDB London and Saatchi & Saatchi to win ‘Most awarded agency in the world’ for both creativity and effectiveness.

As Executive Creative Director, RMG / JWT was named #7 on Adweeks annual list of top 100 interactive agencies.

Prior to joining M&C Saatchi as their first Creative Partner, Guy founded Atomic London, a leading independent Creative Agency. Which was rated 7-9 in the Campaign School Report over 3 years. Placing them in the top 5 best performing agencies in the UK.

Guy is passionate about creating distinctive brand platforms and working closely with clients to connect it all the way through the customer journey, from TV through to social. Using data and technology to reach new audiences in exciting and innovative ways.

Over his career He has won over 200+ awards for creativity across TV, Print, Digital, Experiential, Content and Mobile. Including D&AD, Cannes Lions, One Show, Campaign Big, Webby's, Creative Circle and IPA.

Guy founded Atomic London in 2012, with previous colleagues from DDB.

With a vision to create a modern creative agency, making brands hard to ignore and difficult to forget.

During 2019, Atomic entered the Neilson top 100 agencies for the first time.

Notable work for Atomic included The i Newspaper, which won Best Print Campaign of the Year at the Campaign Big Awards.

'Feel something new’ for Royal Opera House which won at D&AD.

The innovative mobile campaign for Peperami, which won multiple digital awards including 'Brand of the Year'

And Cancer Research UK ‘Life Garden which was the most awarded VR experience in 2016.

As creative partner guy also led new business making them one of the most successful agencies for pitch conversion. Winning brands including The Royal Opera House, Virgin, Cancer Research UK, NSPCC, Homebase, Peperami, Hasbro and Heycar.

Over 3 years Atomic was also rated 7 out of 9 in the Campaign School Report, putting the agency in the top 5 best performing agencies in the UK.

Guy was promoted to Group Creative Director in 2010, responsible for global brands including Esso, Star Alliance, Tourism Australia and the Volkswagen Dealership Network.

He led and won the £70m pitch for Virgin Media, creating two of the most successful product launches in the brands history for TiVo and Superfast Broadband.

Guy also led teams, creating multiple award-winning campaigns at Cannes, D&AD, Webby, Campaign Big and IPA awards. Helping the agency win ‘The most awarded agency in the world’ for both creativity and effectiveness.

"Deliver world-class integrated campaigns across all the agencies clients.

Guy built a new creative team, consisting of 6 teams, 2 designers and 2 project managers to create innovative new campaigns for brands.

He led projects on global brands including, Philips, The FT, Star Alliance, Esso, Tropicana, Tourism Australia and Volkswagen. Where he delivered the most successful product launch for the new VW Polo in their history.

During this time the agency won multiple awards for creativity and effectiveness.

Guy was hired as ECD with the brief to bring integrated creative excellence to the agency and build out its digital capability.

Working across every channel, Guy helped the agency to broaden its offering to clients and delivered multiple award-winning campaigns for brands including HSBC, B&Q, Vodafone, Shell, Listerine, Sky, Rimmel and Tourism Ireland. Helping the agency to win its first ever Cannes Lion.

During his time, the agency also won the most awarded office in the network. And was named #7 on Adweeks annual list of top 100 digital agencies.

Guy was also part of the global team that delivered the $300 million brand campaign for HSBC inviting the world to share their ‘Point of View’ on cultural topics from bullfighting to toy guns.

Where he delivered 50+ awards for creativity and effectiveness for clients. including, Toyota, Lexus, Visa, Telewest and P&G

During this time guy also helped to set up Saatchi X in London, offering agency clients a truly integrated offering.

As a result Saatchi X was the most awarded integrated agency in 2005
