As a creative lead, I'm working for Blauw Gras the #1 social content agency of the Netherlands.
I'm responsible for other creatives within my team – ranging from interns to juniors and senior creatives working on our clients and projects. This includes giving direction to the wider team of designers, editors, animators, managing expectations, and taking charge in making decisions. Together we make sure we deliver impactful campaigns that put our clients at forefront of culture and social conversation. My goal is to create great results by letting others shine and to win the Champions League.
