Chris Gokiert is the CEO of Critical Mass and the driving force behind the development of the agency’s capabilities, as well as its capacity to transform entire digital ecosystems for the world’s most revered brands. Since coming on board in 1998, he has overseen the growth of CM from just 35 people in Calgary to 1,500 employees across 12 global offices.
Chris’s authenticity is what sets him apart with clients, with agency partners, and with the industry. Honesty and realness are his calling cards. Whether articulating a lofty vision for CM’s future or spending a late night in the trenches alongside the team, he constantly encourages everyone to push boundaries, dream bigger, and go further.
Prior to his role as CEO, Chris served as President of CM for over a decade. Through his strategic leadership and dedication to client service, CM has been recognized as an A-List Agency, Best Engagement Agency, Top UX Design Agency, Best Agency to Work For, Employer of the Year, and Best Place to Work. When not traveling from office to office, Chris resides in Calgary with his three girls, wife, and two dogs, enjoying all the Canadian Rockies have to offer. Fun fact about Chris, he holds a master’s degree in Classical Archaeology.
