Her previous role was leading a global Customer Engagement agency part of M&C Saatchi Group. The agency won top industry accolade ‘Campaign Agency of the Year Customer Engagement’ for 2 consecutive years during her tenure.

Alongside core role, Victoria acted as global executive sponsor across M&C Saatchi Group in 27 markets for Diversity and Inclusion. Driving the program to accelerate change in this business critical area.
