Leandro Bonfim (Kenny )

As Creative Coordinator of the Fiep System, I am responsible for leading 12 people in the Creative area, involving professionals from the Writing and Design/Art Direction specialties. I play a fundamental role in the development of a creative culture with a focus on increasing value for the brands of the Fiep System (Sesi, Senai, IEL and Fiep), and in generating campaigns to achieve the objectives established by the service lines, units of business and institutional actions.

In this position, I execute creative direction with creative solutions focused on solving the problems presented | Assessment of creative work with communication policies | I technically evaluate the work to ensure the clarity, legibility, aesthetics and impact of the pieces created | I represent the creative team in presentations and defenses of campaigns for internal clients.

As an Advertising Writer, I have already developed creative concepts for several campaigns, being recognized with several creative ads on major advertising portals around the world such as: Ads Of The Word, Best Ads On TV and Ad Forum, where I had a campaign highlighted by the portal with among the best in Latin America for the segment in the period evaluated.
