Tank Design Promotes Katie Cohen to Content Strategy Director and Jennie Osber to Senior Account Manager.

Leading brand and experience design firm Tank Design announced today that it has promoted Katie Cohen to Content Strategy Director, and Jennie Osber to Senior Account Manager. The promotions continue to reinforce the company’s expertise in digital content strategy and account management, and support a variety of Tank clients including Celebrity Cruises, Google Coursera, Eaton Vance, and Deloitte.

“We’re thrilled to promote both Katie and Jennie,” said Tank COO Scott Watts. “Katie’s expertise in developing and leading content strategy ensures that our digital content and experience design work is as focused and powerful as possible. And Jennie is a trusted partner to our clients and contributes tremendous value to the work that we create on their behalf. Both Katie and Jennie have been fantastic, positive influences on our culture since their first days with Tank, and we look forward to seeing the great things they will surely continue to do ahead.”

As Content Strategy Director, Cohen will spearhead content strategy efforts for Tank’s experience design practice. This encompasses working with Tank’s UX designers, researchers, developers, and project managers to devise strategies and content paths that both meet users’ content needs and advance clients’ brand objectives. Before joining Tank in 2019, Cohen held a variety of roles spanning content evaluation and planning, UX writing, product marketing, and journalism, at companies including Google, MullenLowe U.S., TripAdvisor, and Fidelity Investments.

In her new role as Senior Account Manager, Osber will be responsible for leading account service and project management efforts for clients including TEDxCambridge, Eaton Vance, SAI Global, The Boston Globe, and Citizens Bank. She is also instrumental in developing Tank’s marketing and communications materials. Prior to joining Tank in 2018, Osber was an Account Executive at social impact marketing agency THD, where she worked with national non-profit clients including the Alzheimer’s Association, Make-a-Wish, and the American Parkinson Disease Association.
