Over the course of Honda’s “Determination” campaign, we took viewers on a journey through the company’s creative process, using a starry, blue nebula as a metaphor for the place where ideas are born. With the release of the all-new Pilot TrailSport, we needed to push the campaign even further. The vehicle was a rugged re-imagining of one of Honda’s best-loved models. The advertising needed to be just as rugged—without losing the aspirational messaging and dreamy visuals that made the earlier work so memorable.
