The TANK ad was shot in the University of Marylands Neutral Buoyancy Research Facility, which is one of only 2 tanks used by NASA for space research. It simulates weightlessness, allowing scientists to engage in research dedicated to making it easier and safer to work in space. The tank contains 378 000 gallons of water. Its HUGE. The creative team was aided by the University of Maryland research faculty, including some PhDs at the university. The photographer and assistant had to get scuba certified and get a first aid qualification in order to be allowed to shoot in the tank.
