I am a member of the American Advertising Federation board of directors. I also serve on the Coalition for the Homeless advisory board and am an enthusiastic supporter of its First Step program, which gives employment opportunities to women who have lost their homes. I am also a passionate supporter of diversity initiatives (both in and out of the work place) designed to provide equality and acceptance for all.
