I am a well-rounded communications expert who has managed global interdisciplinary teams for some of the biggest brands in the world across a variety of business verticals including telco, financial services, fast food and CPG, to name a few. Giving companies an edge while creating operational efficiencies for the agency is my speciality. I have been a Global CMO, CRO, Chief of Staff and Managing Partner, regardless of title I believe success lies in doing more than presiding and empowering others around you to work as effective teams. I look at each week as an opportunity to make progress and each day as an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, associates and partners while finding transformative business opportunities for brands.

Matt got his start at creative boutique Geer DuBois, where he learned the value of brilliant creative ideas. He then progressed from account management at JWT to Global Account Director at McCann Erickson, running MasterCard, a business he pitched, won, and managed domestically and globally. He was promoted to Chief Growth Officer of the network and later was named General Manager of the agency after a four-year span of wins that include Intel, Verizon Wireless, Nikon, Weight Watchers, and Holiday Inn. In 2010, Matt joined kbs+ as Chief of Staff, where he helped steer the vision of the agency while leading teams on Goldman Sachs, Intel, and HomeGoods.
A competitor by nature, Matt’s passions include training and racing for triathlons, fishing, skiing, and imbibing the occasional glass of cabernet.
