Martin Hafley

A passionate creative, listener, cook and father I've been with DDB since I can remember. During my career I've been fortunate enough to work with and learn from some of the best talent around. I'm motivated by helping to solve global challenges in health and proud to have educated patients and supported HCPs with anything from cancer to COVID-19. I believe in recognition for great ideas and have helped judge (and win) some awards along the way. I embrace change for our industry, and I'm inspired to lead a creative department and be part of an agency for whom DE&I is a focus.
