A Romanian-born Creative Director/Art living now in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With 20+ years of experience in advertising, working for global networks or creative boutiques, concepting for integrated campaigns. Crossing from traditional to digital, and in between, being hands-on creative, skilled in art direction, graphic design, typography and illustration. My work has been awarded in the most important awards shows: Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, Cresta, Epica, Effie, NYFestivals, Clio, and more. Being featured in Lurzer’s Archive many times.

I strongly believe that unexpected ideas which are beautifully crafted can make people stop, spread the word about them, and share. My approach in the creative process is to identify the problem, find the strong insight, and point out an interesting tension once the brief was nailed it. "Concept now. Craft later" being the motto that stands firm on everything I do. But the Craft really matters.

Besides advertising, I love drawing, touring Art Museums all over the world, watching movies, traveling, or having fun with my two boys.
