Her role as search consultant is to understand your needs, to bring the right potential partners to the table, and to make sure you get to know enough about them so you can feel confident in your selection.
Rachel previously held business development roles at Weber Shandwick and 360PR+. She has seen the good, the bad, and the ugliest of RFPs, having participated in hundreds of searches on behalf of agencies throughout her career. She also spent a decade account side, developing integrated communications campaigns for nationally recognized brands including John Hancock, CVS, Ocean Spray, Verizon, and DraftKings, among many others.
